VETERAN'S AFFAIRS COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER

The VA Community Living Center is a 79,000sf nursing home facility with 64 resident rooms located on the American Lake Medical Center campus.  Eagle Harbor Associates constructed the mechanical system for this facility with a design collaboration from TCF Architects and Hargis Engineers and construction collaboration from PCL Construction Services.  The mechanical system included boilers, chillers, and 4-pipe VAV, and a complete domestic water system.
