Specializing in building and designing full mechanical systems for Plumbing, HVAC, Hydronics, Refrigeration, comfort controls, Geo-thermal, Gas, etc, for commercial and public facilities or buildings of any type. We not only help to successfully construct buildings on time and on budget, but we also strive to build strong relationships with our customers, contractors and any individual who wants to work with a team that brings the mechanical construction industry to higher standards.

MIKE MCEWEN
With over 25 years of Mechanical/Plumbing industry experience, Mike is familiar with the work required to complete projects successfully and on-time. Starting as an apprentice, Mike worked his way to Journeyman Plumber, then a Foreman in the field. He is familiar with the challenges presented on a day to day basis. Mike brings this experience to his estimating and project management style to ensure projects are completed smoothly, within budget and timely – primarily working on K12 projects
SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER
RYAN CUOIO
Ryan is a professional engineer who brings well over 20 years of construction experience to the table as well as construction estimation and design. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son. When he has free time he enjoys cooking, gardening and fine woodworking or building just about anything a person can think of. Ryan designed and built his custom home himself keeping energy efficiency in mind using at the time the latest and greatest of technology available with a geothermal radiant slab heating and cooling system and high efficiency construction techniques.
PROJECT MANAGER
JEFF OLSON
Jeff brings nearly 20 years of mechanical experience to the table with project experience ranging from high rise Design Build Condominiums to Plan Spec K12, and all projects in between. He is known to bring ventures in on time and at budget. His experience began with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has continued with on the job experiences. In his free time he spends time with his wife and daughter and cheering on the Cougars in Pullman on fall weekends.

Jacob ALEXANDER
Jacob is a manager and a leader who brings well over 20 years of construction experience to the team. Jacob enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and 3 boys. When he has free time, he eagerly fills it with building custom cars, metal fabrication, Mt biking, snowboarding, or helping someone build something. Jacob designed and built his custom home himself keeping energy efficiency in mind using at the time the latest and greatest of technology available with a geothermal forced air heating and cooling system and high efficiency construction techniques.
